How do I find out entertainment prices and make a booking?

You can contact us by phoning 0416 639 855 or enquiring online and one of our team will respond to you on the day of your enquiry. We will then provide you with a quote tailored specifically to your event and personal preferences. This will include different options for entertainment we find suitable for your event. Once you confirm what entertainment you would like we will email you through a booking confirmation.

Do you offer discounts?

Once we find out the details of your event, we will send you a quote with different entertainment options suitable for your event. This will include discounted packages consisting of various types of entertainment. The more services you book for your event the more discount you receive.

Discounts are also given to not-for-profit organisations upon negotiation. Just ask us!

Do the entertainers at Bring Me Magic have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. All our entertainers are covered by Duck For Cover and have professional liability and professional indemnity insurance of up to $20,000,000. Certificates of currency can be provided upon request.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Although we have many entertainers at Bring Me Magic, they get booked fast! We recommend booking at least six weeks in advance to ensure we have someone available to provide you with the type of entertainment you are after. We can usually accommodate at short notice and provide some type of entertainment suitable for your event. So don’t hesitate to call us.

Can I have an entertainer even with the COVID-19 restrictions in place?

At Bring Me Magic we are proud to inform you that our entertainers follow safe hygiene practices sand physical distancing in accordance with COVID -19 regulations.

How do I make payment? Do I need to make a deposit?

After you have confirmed your booking, we will send you an invoice detailing the payment options.

If it is a private booking made by an individual, payment can be made via bank transfer prior to the event, or cash can be accepted on the day of the event. Bookings over $350.00 require a 10% deposit.

Bookings made by established businesses or companies can pay via bank transfer, cheque or cash. Payments must be finalised within 28 days after the event. A 10% deposit is required for all bookings over $500.00 unless otherwise negotiated.

Do the entertainers at Bring Me Magic have the necessary police clearances required to work with children?

All our entertainers that work with children have the required legal documentation and clearances, which can be provided upon request. All certificates are current, within expiration dates and renewed every three years or as required.

How far do you travel to perform?

We have certain entertainers that are available to travel to the country outskirts as well as interstate. Additional travel charges apply. If you have questions regarding this, it is best to talk to one of our team by phoning us on 0416 639 855 or contacting us online.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?

If you are hosting an outdoor event and have booked outdoor entertainment, we have measures in place in case the weather is bad. This is discussed during your booking. In circumstances where the entertainment can’t go ahead due to inclement weather conditions, you will be provided with a full refund within 48 hours.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?

We understand that sometimes events need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances but don’t worry, any deposits made can be used towards future bookings.
